Client Brief:
The client’s brief was to revamp the façade of an existing 1980’s commercial showroom at a minimal cost.
Design Solution:
Approximately $300,000.00 was spent adding the new façade to the existing building. As the building had a prominent location on Stirling Highway in Claremont the iconic curved façade was retained but new materials and signage systems added.
The bright contrasting colour scheme of red white and charcoal complemented the use of metallic Colorbond custom orb in horizontal panels and also aided in making the building stand out on the busy section of Stirling Highway. Clear anodised aluminium sun louvres were added in front of the entry to the first floor office space and also allowed for the addition of a street signage panel.
The internal fitout was completed by the tenants.
