Myaree Megaplex Commercial Development

Operating as a system of showroom, office and restaurant buildings, the Megaplex combines contemporary design, a rich colour and material palette and the economical construction solution of tilt up concrete. The result is a visually integrated complex arrayed around and central driveway.

Formerly a series of sheds for wool scouring operation, the development is considered by Melville Council to be a benchmark in redevelopment of the Myaree Industrial area.
